When can I check in?
Our check in time is from 2:30 PM until midnight. If an early check in is possible, we'll do our best to make arrangements, just get in touch.

Is breakfast included?
Is there a pool?
There is, unfortunately, no pool. However there is an incredible bath and shower in every room!
Should I book directly?
As a small family business, we appreciate every direct booking made. We've done our best to make sure it's always cheaper to book directly through us. If it's not, just let us know and we'll sort it!
What time's the checkout?
Feel free to check out anytime in the morning up until 11am. You'll get sent your checkout instructions.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Absolutely. Free, high speed Wi-Fi, in all the rooms and common areas.
Can I bring my pet giraffe?
Unfortunatley we don't have the facilities to allow pets of any kind at the hotel, although we're very big fans of cats, dogs and giraffes in general.
Where can I get a good cup of coffee?
